Smiling a bit wider into that shoulder, he shrugged nearer and went again, now with less effort and thought, to tangle their legs, too.]

[He tightens whatever hold he has on Jehan just a little. He really doesn't want him to get up right now. He just wants to be lazy and to know if he has to worry about anything any time soon.

Running his foot lightly over Jehan's calf, he hummed happily.]

Then we'll be up by twelve, I wouldn't want to we worry your family any more than I want to scandalize mine. ...Do they know where you are, actually?

[With a tighter hold, how could he possibly fathom to get up? Nuzzling against the soft skin on his chest, he idly ran his fingers over his abdomen, relaxed, especially when his foot was doing that.]

I told them the chances of me staying at a friends house tonight was likely. Pretty sure Apolline could put two and two together, too.

[There's a pleasant flutter in his stomach as Jehan traces over his skin though. This is really nice and relaxing... He likes it.]

[He agreed, going to rub his arm next, wanting him to feel completely at ease.

...An absolute shift in how comfortable he felt with being affectionate, with that reassurance now in place.]

[It was remarkable how much more comfortable and at ease all of this made him. He ran his thumb over Jehan's knuckles, nerves and everything eased.]

Makes me worry about what she could get up to without me realizing.

You ought to be worried. She's your sister; it's her life's work to fool you. And she's already twice as clever as anyone else's sisters.

[He laughed, fondly, closing his eyes an adjusting so that his head rested tucked under his chin.]

Just look at the sort of secret you've just decided to keep; hers must be even more mysterious and clandestine.

Oh! But don't worry. She's just as lovely as you, and far coyer; she could get anything she wanted out of any guy. Or girl, probably. I'm sure she's just fine!

Wait, but why? You said she wouldn't be worried about you, and you're having a 'sleepover' too.

[He's also pretty sure she's wise enough to avoid any bad eggs, and turn down anyone with intentions that make her uncomfortable.]

And she has a small army of friends looking out for her, doesn't she?

First, she knows who I'm with.... I don't know who she's with. Second, as bright and headstrong as she is, I still worry endlessly. She's my baby sister, if anyone even looks at her wrong...
