I know...

[It was a relief, mentally, that it had nothing to do with him. It was still difficult, however, as Jehan continued speaking. It was like a constant reminder that he was right there next to him. Wrenching his eyes shut a lite more, he let out a shaky breath.]

In the long run, at least.... To be fair, we both want the same thing right now.

[laughingandlyric]

[That earned a soft puff of laughter and he turned his head back into Courfeyrac's, nudging into his cheek affectionately.]

Since we're being so fair tonight, yes; to be fair, right now, I'd like to do really, truly unspeakable things to you. ...Twice.

[He smiled into his cheek and shrugged.]

Right now. But unfortunately, time continues after right now. Unless the world ends.

[In which case, it really would have been a mistake not to sleep with him.]

Twice?

[He tried not to lean into Jehan's touch, with with his face against his cheek.. And his voice just right there, it was hard to ignore. It would be easier if he could forget Jehan was there for long enough to calm down at least. There was a small, very not manly, whimper at all of this.]

Even if the world was ending, nothing would come of it because of the possibility that it may not.

[laughingandlyric]

[The whimper made his smile warmer, and he nudged with his nose again; just as frustrated, but far more resigned to it.]

That's right. That's the gamble. You live in the moment, I like thinking about what's to come, I guess.

Which, tonight, probably isn't either of us...

[Snorting softly at his own joke, he kissed his ear again.

Nothing would come of it... wise words, Rey.]

[Courfeyrac is rarely resigned to being so frustrated. Even that terrible pun was enough to make him groan-- with more frustration. Please don't talk about coming or the lack thereof right now, Jehan.]

That's terrible...

[He wants to just reach over and help Jehan find relief-- then find his own.]

[He can't help it. He knows that he SHOULD be able to help it, but who could? When he heard that adorable groan, he kissed the side of his neck again, nibbling at the spot a moment after.

Misery does terrible things to him, really. Very attractive.]

Then I'm sorry, Rey. Can I do anything to make it up to you?

[The kissing and nibbling was just plain cruel. Courfeyrac whimpered a little at it and scrunched up his face. He needed to ignore what was going on-- he needed to just focus on stupid unsexy shit.

He let out a shaky breath and licked his lips.]

If I could think straight right now, I'd let you know...

[laughingandlyric]

If you could think straight, there wouldn't be a problem...

[Murmured, knowing that he might get more whining for another cruel joke, and going to slip his fingers through Reynaud's in apology, just in case.

Unfortunately, Courfeyrac had said he'd excuse himself when he really needed to... and as he was still there, Jehan was happy to drag those kisses lower, to his shoulder again.

It was all pretty tame, right? No big deal.]

[.... Wow, just.... wow. Jehan was in rare form with his jokes and Courfeyrac was ready to whine about that one too when he found their fingers slipped together. He gave Jehan's a squeeze in return, finding it in his heart to forgive that terrible pun.

.... But damn it, Jehan. Do you really have to drag those kisses lower? He's trying to restrain himself here.]

Right... My queer thinking is what got me in this mess.

[laughingandlyric]

Actually, insisting we should dance is what got you into this mess... [Mumbled against his skin, with another kiss to the tip of his shoulder.

He had tried to warn him.]

And then getting a little too enthusiastic about the whole 'romantic encounter' thing.

[Gave, with a soft smile, closing his eyes and rubbing his hand with his thumb.

It was like Reynaud had never someone stop him and say no before!

...Which. Might be the case.

If that was the case, life totally wasn't fair.]

Nothing wrong with dancing... And I was supposed to be less enthusiastic about the romantic encounter thing? How?

[He hadn't ever had someone say no before. This really was taking a lot of willpower and strength and he may be clutching Jehan's hand a little tighter than necessary....

This was not fair at all right now.]

Maybe a little less, um... [And he's flushing here, as if this were something to be shy about, when nuzzling against another boy's shoulder,] ...physically enthusiastic?

[Because they could have gone a lot longer with foreplay and kissing and errant touches, he thought, with some note of woe.

Though... since Reynaud had unfairly also made him too enthusiastic, on purpose... maybe teasing him a little wasn't /so/ wrong. Especially if he'd really never, ever had someone stop midway before.

So Jehan's sure that Reynaud and his extra willpower can definitely ignore the leg bending to lip up against his own, and the hand straying against his hip. He's just being friendly. That's all.]

[They could have-- probably. Maybe. They probably couldn't have, with this being their first time together... In any sense of the word. Reynaud was a little too excited about that and it showed.

More than he anticipated it to, really. Regardless, it /was/ wrong to tease him too much like this. Especially since he'd never really had been stopped midway.

That was most certainly not a squeak at his leg bending up or that hand on his hip.]

When I'm enthusiastic, I am in every sense of the word. Jesus..

[He was, um... helping his tolerance along? Let's say so.

The not-squeak was awfully sweet...]

[He kissed the other boy's cheek and continued to idly trail his hand over his hip.

If he couldn't satisfy himself, at least it took the edge off to frustrate pay attention to somebody else.]

[Those idle touches kept him on edge, never mind if he was supposedly helping his tolerance or whatever. In fact, if Jehan didn't let up with his teasing and frustrating touches, Courfeyrac was likely to return those attentions.]

You guess?

[That came out raspier than intended... He turned his head to return the kiss to Jehan's cheek, nuzzling his nose against him for just a moment or so.]

It isn't very useful right now, is it?

[Pointed out, happy to meet his mouth on one of those kisses, humming.

Jehan assumed he had a much higher pain tolerance. After all, he much more rarely got what he wanted. So let the games begin.

...Granted, he didn't want to torture his friend, but it was really, very hard not to want to touch him, at the same time.]

Apparently not.

[But he'd take the kiss and deepen it just a touch, longing to be closer to him despite not being able to seek relief. His own hand found the outside of Jehan's leg that was wrapped around him. He trailed his fingers lightly over his thigh as he continued to kiss his friend.]

[A hum of agreement, not dissatisfied.

Reynaud knew what he was doing, but he was almost delicate about it. If asked again, Jehan would tell him he was a great kisser; not merely good. He hand at his thigh intensified his focus on the warmth of that other mouth, though, and he thought he might be a little proactive.

Relocating his hand to beside the other boy on the bed, he leaned his weight up and in a little, so he could hover half on top of him to return that deepened kiss, rather than at his side. It seemed more passionate, more domineering that way. Which was exciting. (Not that he needed to get any more excited, but, well... testing limits.)]

[Oh.

Well then. Courfeyrac had shied away from being more proactive about what he was doing, knowing that it would be more difficult that way when Jehan insisted he stop.

He rolled onto his back as Jehan hovered over him, arching up into the kiss with little nips here and there. His tongue sought to map out every inch of Jehan's mouth, intimately and slowly, as his hand trailed back up his thigh... Then his hip, then his side, as his nails ran lightly over his skin.]

[What harm was there in getting as much as they could out of this, until it hit its limit? It didn't seem as if Reynaud much minded, and it was so rare that he had a male partner to practice with, or make feel good...

Moaning softly, low in his throat, to show that he appreciated every brush of teeth against his skin and that beautiful upward press, he dragged the leg that had been tangled with Reynaud's across his waist to straddle him, more comfortable with in their new position. The other boy's tongue was met with his own, which slicked over his lips any time he pulled away, and his fingers splayed against Rey's waist, tugging his shirt up in time with their exploration of his hip, his stomach, his chest.

It would have to do, as a substitute for letting his hands drift low again.]

[He rarely had male partners either, so it was a nice experience...

Regardless of whether he'd be satisfied at the end or not. He pressed closer to Jehan in whatever way possible, hand trailing down his side and dipping under his shirt to mimic the action. He enjoyed Jehan's hands on him, moaning softly as his hands found spots that he particularly enjoyed.

This was torture, but God did he love it regardless.]

[The few; very few; male partners Jehan had had were all older, and slightly more experienced. They'd been tricky to find, and the relationships short, but informative and warm.

So he knew that there were ways of satisfying other parts of the body, without going all out. And how to hold off, for as long as possible.

Even though it was difficult at their age, he still appreciated the feel of Reynaud's palms against his skin, the sound of his voice a little unhinged. Smiling briefly against his mouth, he'd drag his lip out between his teeth, then kissed the slightly swollen flesh. Every time he was given a verbal clue that his fingers were doing the right thing, he massaged the spot, mentally learning and mapping out his partner. And he didn't mind the pressing; returned it, even, crushing his hips against the other boy's just for a brief moment, for some little relief.]

Tell me when it's too much again, cher...

[Murmured, against the side of his mouth.]

[Courfeyrac never had the luck of having a more experienced partner... Much of what he's learned, he's learned himself. Still, he'd take the knowledge Jehan had and run with it, it was kind of nice having someone that knew a bit more than himself.

The little bit of relief he got from Jehan pressing his hips right back against him was enough to get him to exhale... Loudly. His own fingers trailed over Jehan's abdomen with no clear purpose other than to find whatever spots made him weak in the knees, so to speak.

He huffed out another breath and nodded his head.]

Mmmm hmmmm... I will.

[One if the many pros, Jehan might have told him, of having an actual partner. You learned more, and better; you learned them, and what made them tick.

Which he was currently in the process of, because well, why not?

The hip thing was obvious. He was happy to press back against him, to get the relief and frustration of that friction. He had enjoyed that little gasp, just like he enjoyed the hands at his waist, even if they were idle. He made sure to whine softly against his ear when his fingers found a good spot, before shifting down a little to press kisses to the sensitive places he'd already found along his chest, and exploit them.]

[A perk, certainly, but Courfeyrac could argue the perks to more partners just as easily. With Jehan whining in his ear like that... Well, he wanted more of that.

Jehan might be taking advantage of new knowledge, but do would Courfeyrac. Those sensitive spots earned more attention, even as he became distracted himself. Every few touches and kisses were rewarded with small, appreciative sounds.]
